Bu payla\u015f\u0131m, hem \u00f6\u011frencilerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve mahremiyeti hem de kamusal, laik ve tarafs\u0131z e\u011fitim ilkesinin korunmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan derin kayg\u0131lar do\u011furmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olay \u00fczerine b\u00f6lgedeki e\u011fitim sendikalar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenci ve veli \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 videoya tepki g\u00f6stermi\u015f; \u201cokullar\u0131n din\u00ee propaganda alan\u0131 olamayaca\u011f\u0131\u201d, \u201c\u00e7ocuklar\u0131n siyasi ve ideolojik malzeme yap\u0131lmamas\u0131\u201d gerekti\u011fi vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fitim emek\u00e7ileri ve sendikalar, okul y\u00f6netimi ve payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirenler hakk\u0131nda idari ve hukuki i\u015flem ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu tepkiler kamuoyunda yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamusal e\u011fitim sisteminin tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 anayasan\u0131n ve ilgili mevzuat\u0131n gere\u011fidir. Okullar\u0131n herhangi bir mezhep, cemaat, tarikat veya siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f lehine ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kabul edilemez. Re\u015fit olmayan \u00f6\u011frencilerin videoda ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve tehdit dili ta\u015f\u0131yan ifadelerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuk haklar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenci g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, din\u00ee propaganda yasa\u011f\u0131 ve kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi sorumluluk ve soru i\u015faretleri do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca sosyal medya \u00fczerinden yay\u0131lan bu t\u00fcr i\u00e7eriklerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, sorumlular\u0131n tespiti, g\u00f6revden al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve hukuki\/sicil i\u015flemlerinin ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 hususlar\u0131 da devlete do\u011frudan bir g\u00f6rev y\u00fcklemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenci g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, laiklik prensibi ve e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir dini-siyasal propaganda arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmemesi konusundaki politika, talimat ve denetim mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n derhal a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131, benzer olaylar\u0131n tekrar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyici d\u00fczenlemelerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya al\u0131nacak tedbirlerin kamuoyuna duyurulmas\u0131 elzemdir. Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zca bu a\u00e7\u0131dan kimlerin sorumlu oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015f midir? Payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren sosyal medya hesab\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimi kime aittir; ilgili hesapla ilgili eri\u015fim, silme ve ar\u015fiv kay\u0131tlar\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zca incelenmi\u015f midir?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6\u011frencilerin r\u0131zas\u0131, veli izni ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan usule ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k var m\u0131d\u0131r? \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n medya ve siyaset ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131nda 5616 say\u0131l\u0131 Bas\u0131n Kanunu\/\u00e7ocuk koruma mevzuat\u0131 ve MEB i\u00e7 mevzuat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde hangi somut ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu t\u00fcr din\u00ee-siyasi i\u00e7erikli payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n kamusal e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda \u00fcretilmesini engellemek i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n okullar, y\u00f6neticiler ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7in kal\u0131c\u0131, denetimli ve ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 bir protokol\u00fc\/tedbirleri var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okullarda laiklik, ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenci haklar\u0131 ve dini tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k ilkesi konusunda okul personeli ile \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelik hangi e\u011fitim\/rehberlik\/denetim programlar\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu olaydan hareketle, MEB\u2019in gelecekte benzer istismar vakalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla somut, tarihlendirilmi\u015f ve kamuoyuna ilan edilecek bir eylem plan\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r? Varsa plan\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 nelerdir; yoksa plan hangi s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde haz\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bu t\u00fcr i\u00e7eriklerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda d\u0131\u015f akt\u00f6rler (cemaat, tarikat veya sivil\/toplumsal akt\u00f6rler) tespit edilirse Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu akt\u00f6rlerle ilgili nas\u0131l bir yapt\u0131r\u0131m mekanizmas\u0131 uygulamay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir?
