E\u011fitim sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n ve kamuoyunun a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131, bu vahim olay\u0131n m\u00fcnferit bir hadise olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclemeyece\u011fini, okullarda \u015fiddetin giderek artan ve yap\u0131sal nitelik kazanan bir sorun h\u00e2line geldi\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitim ortamlar\u0131, pedagojik g\u00fcvenli\u011fin, psikososyal deste\u011fin ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 okul ikliminin sistematik bi\u00e7imde in\u015fa edilmesini gerektirir. Ancak son y\u0131llarda okullarda rehberlik ve psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetlerinin yetersizli\u011fi, \u00f6\u011fretmen ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131, disiplin ve risk izleme mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n etkisizli\u011fi, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin artan i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc ve mesleki itibar kayb\u0131 gibi sorunlar kronikle\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011finin toplumsal sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n zedelenmesi, e\u011fitim emek\u00e7ilerinin g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve artan \u015fiddet vakalar\u0131 birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, e\u011fitim sisteminde \u00f6nleyici ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir politika eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nceli\u011fini m\u00fcfredat ve okul yap\u0131s\u0131nda ideolojik i\u00e7erikli d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlere yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k e\u011fitim ortamlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli h\u00e2le getirilmesi, psikososyal destek mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi konular\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sistematik ve kapsaml\u0131 ad\u0131mlar atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde kamuoyunda yayg\u0131n bir kanaat bulunmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitim bilimleri perspektifiyle de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde, okul g\u00fcvenli\u011fi yaln\u0131zca fiziki \u00f6nlemlerle de\u011fil, erken uyar\u0131 sistemleri, sosyal-duygusal \u00f6\u011frenme programlar\u0131, nitelikli rehberlik hizmetleri ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir okul iklimiyle sa\u011flanabilir. Bu alanlara yeterli kaynak ve kurumsal \u00f6ncelik ayr\u0131lmamas\u0131, benzer trajik olaylar\u0131n tekrar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek yap\u0131sal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin \u00fcretilememesine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu ba\u011flamda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki sorular\u0131n yan\u0131tlanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ta\u015fdelen Borsa \u0130stanbul Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi\u2019nde s\u00f6z konusu sald\u0131r\u0131dan \u00f6nce son be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00f6\u011frenciler aras\u0131nda ya da \u00f6\u011frenci-\u00f6\u011fretmen aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f \u015fiddet, tehdit, disiplin su\u00e7u veya adli vakaya yans\u0131yan olay say\u0131s\u0131 ka\u00e7t\u0131r? Bu vakalarda ka\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frenci hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f ya da yaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okullarda \u015fiddeti \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik ulusal \u00f6l\u00e7ekte haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f, bilimsel temelli ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir \u201cOkul G\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve \u015eiddeti \u00d6nleme Stratejisi\u201d bulunmakta m\u0131d\u0131r? Varsa i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedir? Yoksa b\u00f6yle bir strateji neden haz\u0131rlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okullarda g\u00f6rev yapan rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen\/psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fman say\u0131s\u0131 ka\u00e7t\u0131r? \u00d6\u011frenci ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen oran\u0131 nedir?
